The Park is currently open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 10am-4pm.
We are open 7 days a week during Victorian school holidays.
As we are a large open air museum, last entry to the Park is 3.30pm.
FREE ENTRY. No booking required.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothing as we are an outdoor, living history museum.
To best experience Coal Creek, we recommend that you allow at least two hours at our site.
Please note, for the safety and comfort of all Coal Creek patrons, dogs are not permitted on the premises. Assistance dogs are permitted.
Please be aware that children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult whilst in the park.

Now that CovidSafe measures have been wound back, we are progressively opening more buildings after them being closed due to CovidSafe requirements. Buildings that are not yet open to enter can be viewed through windows.
The train is not currently operating,
The General Store is not open.
All events at Coal Creek are cancelled until further notice. This includes Geek Fest, Heritage Craft Day, and Halloween.
